The wedding cake at Sophie and Andy's special day held a sentimental touch as it was lovingly made by the bride's mother, who also happened to be a former food technology teacher. With her expertise and creativity, she crafted a delightful masterpiece that consisted of chocolate, carrot, and lemon sponges.
